Mixed-use cleanout near I-95 with tight access and hot pavement
We rolled into Park East on a sticky afternoon with the pavement radiating heat and delivery traffic stacking up near the curb. The crew had a mixed-use cleanout on our hands: old office shelving, broken tile, and damp cardboard that had sat through one of those 44-days-above-90F stretches. The property manager needed the debris gone without blocking the lane or leaving mess where shoppers and tenants walk. In a neighborhood that sits so close to Memorial Regional Hospital and the main routes, one bad placement turns into a real headache fast.
We set the dumpster where trucks could still pass, then we kept the load low and tidy so nothing blew out in the afternoon breeze. I remember checking the driveway edges and laying boards because heat-softened asphalt can get scuffed up quick. Our crew loaded the heavier material first, then the loose junk, so the container stayed balanced. By the time we pulled out, the walkway was clear, the traffic pinch eased up, and the manager could get back to work without looking at a pile of debris all day.
You made a messy mixed-use cleanout feel easy, and the place looked usable again.
